Here’s what his foreman, Glynn Gauthier, had to say about him: “Justin is the best welder I’ve ever worked with or that has worked for me, Justin has always been the best welder on the job! In the 15 years I’ve known him he is the go-to guy for anything, he has a flawless shot history and has done more X-ray welds than most, he’s by far the best flux core welder I’ve laid eyes on carbon, stainless, duplex, he exceeds at everything. Very good teacher and loves to show others when they need help! One of the few that can fit and weld everything you don’t have to worry about inserts or door sheets when Justin is doing them 100% finished quality product.”

Global Month of Service Spotlight: Baytown, TX

Our Baytown, TX team had the opportunity to support the Mont Belvieu Animal Shelter as part of HMT’s Global Month of Service. They donated essential supplies and spent quality time with a few of their adoptable dogs who would love to find their forever homes!

Meet Flynn and Domino:

🐾 Flynn: This handsome boy has a beautiful chocolate coat and a gentle spirit. Flynn can be a bit shy in the kennel, but once he’s out, he’s all about socializing and soaking up love! He does well with people of all ages and other dogs, though he hasn’t been tested with cats.

🐾 Domino: Full of energy and curiosity, Domino is a joy to be around! His adorable floppy ears and zest for life make him a favorite. Domino loves meeting new people and is eager to start his training journey. He also does well with people of all ages and other dogs, but hasn’t been tested with cats.
