MIND TECHNOLOGY, Inc. was once again proud to sponsor and participate in the annual MTS Houston Sporting Clays Tournament that took place Friday March 20th at American Shooting Centers. With over 90 – 5-person teams participating, it was a beautiful day with all proceeds from the event providing annual scholarships to students from local Texas Universities.

Since 1998, this tournament has grown into one of the largest clay shooting tournaments in the Greater Houston area. Year after year, this tournament has proven to be an extremely popular event throughout the oil and gas industry with plenty of great sponsorship opportunities, camaraderie, competition, and networking opportunities. Special thanks to our customers and friends who participated with us!

THE WOODLANDS, Texas, Dec. 2, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- MIND Technology, Inc. ("MIND" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: MIND) announced today that its Seamap unit has received orders for GunLink source controllers and associated equipment from an international seismic contractor. The aggregate value of the orders, which are expected to be delivered in this fiscal year or early next year, is in excess of $9.5 million.

Mark Welker, Vice President of MIND and Seamap Managing Director, stated, "Despite a temporary lull in order activity, we continue to see strong interest in our source controllers and other products. These most recent orders, which have been pending for some time as we finalized technical requirements, is good evidence of this continuing interest."

MIND Technology Expands Huntsville Facility

THE WOODLANDS, Texas, Aug. 6, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- MIND Technology, Inc. ("MIND" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: MIND) announced today that it has completed an expansion of its manufacturing and repair facility in Huntsville, Texas. The expansion is intended to facilitate anticipated higher levels of activity at this facility.

Rob Capps, President and CEO of MIND, stated, "We are excited about the expansion of our Huntsville facility and the opportunities it presents us. The additional floor space and other enhancements will allow our MIND Maritime Acoustics, LLC unit to efficiently take on significantly larger manufacturing and product repair projects. We expect this increased activity will be in support of our existing Seamap products, newly developed products and services to third parties."

Product Spotlight: SeaLink Solid Streamer

The SeaLink Solid Streamer is the first streamer to incorporate real time passive flow noise reduction by utilising the properties of the PVDF Thin Film Technology to create a multiple sensor configuration where flow noise is sensed independently from acoustic energy. Seamap’s patented technology is combined with the acoustic output in such a way as to significantly mitigate unwanted noise due to flow while preserving acoustic amplitude and phase.
