Job duties include:
Testing and balancing water, cleaning debris from pool, inspecting and servicing pool equipment, and minor trouble shooting.
Previous pool tech experience a plus but not required. Company truck and cell phone provided.

Competitive pay with holidays and vacation. Pay based on experience. Minimum pay $30,000; more for applicants with pool tech experience. Annual merit raise and weekly and yearly bonuses. Retention bonus of $300 or $500 based on experience.

Responsibilities include using QuickBooks for account reconciliation and monthly invoicing, working with Google spreadsheets, customer communications (phone and email), and similar tasks. Must have a good eye for detail, good phone presence, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, and good writing skills. Experience with QuickBooks and Google drive preferred but not required; training will be provided. Position will start as part-time (11 – 5 pm, Monday – Friday) with potential to become full time. Must have:
• Valid driver license
• Clean driving record for at least three years and clean criminal record
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Be at least 21 years old or within two months of hire date (insurance requirement)
