g pipe stress analysis on Expeditionary Warfare surface ships such as LHD and LPD's. He also worked as a structural engineer for two Houston area consulting firms. He is a registered professional engineer in Texas, Florida, and Louisiana and is a registered inspector with the Texas Department of Insurance. Project experience is diverse and includes structural design and analysis of marine systems and offshore coastal structures such as vessel berthing and mooring systems, docks, breakwater structures, piers and bulkheads. In addition to marine structures, Mr. Ewer has extensive experience in institutional structures such as schools and libraries, as well as, residential and commercial construction. Celerity Engineering, Inc. can also perform structural assessments of existing and aged structures.
