Dexter Myers, Richard Regynski

Dexter Myers is an experienced industrial fabricator, CNC operator

, and entrepreneur with over 15 years of hands-on experience in precision manufacturing and process improvement. He has spent much of his career working alongside process engineers at Great Dane, fabricating jigs, fixtures, and safety solutions to streamline manufacturing operations and enhance workplace safety. In addition to his industrial background, Dexter is the founder and operator of Myers Creations LLC, a custom metal fabrication and CNC plasma cutting business he has successfully run from home for over eight years. Through Myers Creations, he has designed and produced a wide range of custom products—from metal signage and automotive components to architectural art installations found across Terre Haute, Indiana. His self-taught expertise in CAD/CAM software, material optimization, and design innovation has allowed him to build a reputation for quality craftsmanship and creative problem-solving. Dexter’s next professional chapter builds upon his technical foundation and entrepreneurial drive. By combining his proven small-business success with years of industrial maintenance and fabrication experience, he is now expanding into a larger-scale operation through a new startup venture in industrial blasting and powder coating services. His goal is to merge precision engineering, high-quality finishing, and strong client relationships into a streamlined, growth-oriented business that serves both commercial and custom fabrication markets. Richard Regynski is an experienced fabrication and maintenance professional with a strong background in CNC machining, laser operations, welding, and robotic welding programming. He has a proven record of improving efficiency, maintaining high production standards, and optimizing automated manufacturing systems. With years of hands-on technical experience and leadership in industrial environments, Mr. Regynski combines precision craftsmanship with practical management skills. His ability to oversee complex fabrication processes, train personnel, and maintain equipment reliability positions him to successfully manage and grow a high-performing operation built on quality, efficiency, and innovation.

How well does powder coating hold up?

This metal bicycle was done in ‘21 by Myers creations metal art and metal fabrication This is right off US 41 so nearly 5 years of harsh winters and summers I decided to stop by and have a good look at the condition. I was actually surprised on how well it’s has held up with minimal weathering.

Needless to say we will be stripping it back down and doing a complete fresh finish. This will prolong its life another 5+ years.

Just our little part in keeping our public parks beautiful!

A big shout out to Kirk Fonner for allowing us to be part of Maple Avenue Nature Park.
