Just to give you some ideas what we can do in our small shop.

Had a client who had a small mishap with his tractor. It did not fail where it was welded, but literally ripped the steel. Client looked at the otherside and could see where the paint was cracking due to stress in the steel. We gouged this out and welded it back together. Once we cut the broken/ripped area out, we discovered a crack where the metal was not fused together from the factory. We gouged this out as well and welded it. We also found that the snap ring was bent and we replaced it as well. The side that failed, we cut out new pieces using 3/16in steel plate. Once that was all welded up, we used 1/4in plate to help strengthen both sides so it should not fail again.

Another project complete!!!! Gate installed and and all slats in place. Client was very pleased with the outcome. Stated it turned out better than what he had imagined. That is the best compliment to get when a project is completed.

Custom gate we made for a client. Clients wife already had the star and wanted it mounted on her gate.

These are the signs we finished up yesterday. Glad we had a nice day to install them. Two entrances done out of the three. Once they finish the entrance, we can install the last two.

Not sure who made these pipe entrances but they are nice and heavy.
