tter overall product. ACLLC is now providing contacts for virtually every major connector manufacturers including microwave. The main focus of the company has been the manufacturing of MIL-SPEC connector contacts with modified terminations for the aerospace industry and contact assemblies of custom design. This capability includes making wire wrap, PC tails, crimp or solder cup terminations using state of the art screw machines such as:
* 19 Tornos/Bechler Deco 2000 Automatic CNC Screw Machines with LNS Tryton bar feeders.
* 15 Cincom Citizen R04 Automatic CNC Screw Machines with LNS Tryton bar feeders.
* 2 Citizen L-12's with LNS Tryton Barfeeders
* 9 Citizen L-20's with CAV20-IS Barfeeders
* 4 Citizen K16's with CAV16-IS Barfeeders
* 3 A20 Automatic Screw Machines with Edge Technologies C-320 bar feeders.
* 1 Tsugami SS32 with Edge Technolgies C-332 barloader. This high-speed equipment can run 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year with much tighter tolerances than the MIL-SPEC requires. In doing this we can meet the demands of the competitive aerospace industry whether it is in high volume/low mix or low volume/high mix requirements. The equipment currently has the capacity to turn diameters as large as 32mm which gives ACLLC the ability to make most custom coax contact sizes including inner pin/socket and outer shell. We normally process in excess of 75,000 contacts of various configurations each day. Connector hardware such as coupling pins for 38999 series I and II, 83723, 26482 connectors is also available. These coupling pins can come to you complete annealed and passivated ready for installation. In addition to manufacturing contacts, ACLLC is equipped to perform value added operations such as bending, straightening, zone annealing, solder dipping, special plating or assembly to customer specific requirements. We carry a complete inventory of stainless steel hoods for M39029 socket contacts and are familiar with MIL-SPEC connectors including 38999, 26482, 5015, 83723, 87103, 26500 and ARINC.
