Quantum recently partnered with the Arizona State University and the Town of Gilbert, Arizona to introduce process automation and its impact on critical infrastructure to the curious minds of aspiring engineers! Mark Reski, PE, GICSP and Brian Schreiber kicked it off the event with a presentation on process automation, the role of a Controls Engineer/System Integrator, and required certifications for Water Professionals at ASU Polytechnic Campus.

The next day, the experts at the Santan Vista Water Treatment Facility, led by Robert andrews, Jimmy Migliore, and Chad Shinkle, guided the students through an in-depth tour, offering a unique glimpse into the world of water treatment.

A huge thank you to Sarah Rogowski, P. E., Jerry Gintz, Michele Bartlett for facilitating this incredible opportunity. Your support made it possible to inspire the next generation of engineers and Quantum is so happy to be a part of this!

Meet Collin Terlecki, one half of our talented father-son duo, has been a driving force at Quantum since joining us over a year ago. As an Engineering Technician, he’s contributed significantly to critical control system projects for our esteemed clients.
When Collin isn’t immersed in control systems, he’s burning rubber on the racetrack. Recently, he clinched victory in the Super Pro race at Firebird Motorsports Park. His attention to detail on the track mirrors his dedication in the field, and we’re thrilled to celebrate his achievements both professionally and personally.
Collin’s need for improving performance extends beyond the integration and programming solutions he delivers. Whether he's fine-tuning a car’s engine or analyzing race times, he lives for the adrenaline rush. When asked about his secret to success, Collin simply says, “Control is everything—whether it’s a racecar or a process system.”
