Our team worked closely with the owner and design partners to develop structural solutions that supported the project's architectural vision and long-term performance.

We are honored to share that the City of Scottsdale Roundhouse at McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park has received a 2026 Structural Engineering Excellence Award from SEAoA.

This unique public museum and children's experiential learning facility challenged our team to create structural solutions that supported the project's distinctive architecture while delivering large open spaces for exhibits and community engagement.

We are grateful to the City of Scottsdale and our project partners for the opportunity to contribute to this remarkable facility and proud to see the project recognized by our peers.

We’re pleased to share that our design for Cannon Beach Hotel in Mesa, Arizona has now achieved DRB approval.
Envisioned as the premiere hospitality destination within the Cannon Beach development, the hotel was designed to balance adventure and restoration, drawing from nostalgic coastal references while creating a calm, refined architectural presence in the Arizona desert.
The design emphasizes clean, intentional forms, warm materiality, and a thoughtful arrival sequence that evokes the feeling of moving under a coastal boardwalk promenade. Stone, wood, glass, and board-formed concrete come together to create a timeless, tactile façade rooted in natural texture.
The hotel is planned to become a Tapestry Collection by Hilton, and as ownership takes the project forward, we wish them every success in bringing this destination hotel to life.
