That moment when you really love your job. ☺ Congrats Olympus, 4M Engineering, Walt Allen Architects, and City of Murrieta for getting this project front and center, and approved for next steps. Which is happening now, and an absolute reality. Yay! Great team effort by all.

Over the next 18 months, the buyer plans to renovate the property and return it to its roots as a wellness resort and spa.

Wow. a whopping 1.7 mil allocated to the Murrieta Creek project 🤨 (a 90 mil project, early 2000's cost) This budget will complete Phase 2 of the Master Plan, from Wi******er Rd. to Rancho Cal Rd. All improvements to date have been within Temecula, including this one. In fairness, downstream has to be improved first as starting upstream would only worsen the flooding below. There is some benefit to Murrieta in that faster, more efficient movement of water downstream will decrease the flood water level upstream somewhat. But Downtown Murrieta area will remain a life / safety issue until all improvements are completed. And residents that have been here for some time know that, what historically follows a severe drought is a major flood. We have an opportunity now in drought conditions to prepare, here's to hoping some of the state's budget excess will run downhill to these much needed improvements.

Efforts to prevent future flooding of Murrieta Creek are still alive.

Wow. After a ton of public comment for a project completely consistent with Specific Plan and zoning in place, finally city makes right decision. Great to work with btw. Rialto. Can't say enough good about staff and council there, if you're considering entitlement in that area. All "I's" and "t's" dotted and crossed, good team, good consultants, approved project. It's how we roll. Congrats to developer, all painful as planning commission approval was appealed, but everybody just did their job and got to the correct finish line. Love it!

Everyone has that favorite project... this is one of mine. This place is not only take your breath away beautiful, but the food.... amazing! Best food around town. And make sure you sample the margaritas, so many flavors! Make a smart move and be a VIP - once you've been, you'll want to go back! Owner's are the NICEST people, such an asset to Temecula.... this one was a tough haul, between COVID regulations, utility challenges, and Cali's favorite birds the Least Bells Vireo (migratory bird from Mexico, on the protected list) they came through with a shining example of how it should be done, on every level. Please support them, they do everything right! And man, is it good!

What a wild year it's been! Don't know about you, but we're excited for it to close out and start 2022. We have been very, very, busy - Kirk's baby born, Sherrie down a flight of stairs (out for 4 months with broken back and neck) COVID laws, new employee, crazy fun new projects, finalizing old ones, new friends, amazing old friends who stick by through thick and thin.... quite a year! Your Facebook Admin is back in the saddle, though, will post projects and pictures soon. Hold on to your seat, some good stuff in the works! Thanks for being on this ride with us!

Who we are
Sherrie Munroe - With 30 years of experience in Riverside County, Ms. Munroe has been a key manager at MDMG, Inc. for 18 years. She is intimately knowledgeable about all county and local ordinances, development codes and municipal codes, as well as processes and standards for all state and local agencies. She is a strong problem solver who brings creative out-of-the-box engineering solutions to every project, with a keen focus on accuracy and quality engineering.

Kirk R. Medeiros - RCE 86558 - Absorbing the wealth of knowledge working under Mr. Markham and Ms. Munroe over the last 5+ years, Kirk has become an expert of local city and county guidelines and specifications. He delivers invaluable detail design components for all aspects of projects from entitlement to final engineering.

Matt Liesemeyer - Mr. Liesemeyer brings 20 years of diverse Land Development and Construction Experience to the 4MED team. Matt has experience in complex mapping projects, GIS/Facilities Mapping projects as well as Land Development and Engineering design projects. Matt brings the ability to protect our client’s interests during construction, and also as a second term City Councilman in the City of Menifee, he brings political and civic know-how to expertly maneuver the complicated permit process.

Kim Moring – Enjoying a 30-year career with such known builders as Cornerstone Communities, Centex and Pulte Homes, Ms. Moring provides unparalleled expertise in tract housing and permitting through all aspects of land development from entitlement through bond exoneration. She continuously meets critical deadlines and uses her knowledge to move to the front of the line when permits are crucial to ensure our clients meet their deadlines.
