Primary Purpose and Function

The primary function of this position is to create CNC programs so to manage machine parts effectively and precisely; designing fixtures and tooling for machining parts; creating set up and tooling sheets; creating inspection sheets; creating inspection reports to monitor critical dimensions; designing solid models, prototypes and assemblies; make drawings and schematics for custom tooling; and programming mills and lathes.

Knowledge and Skills
-High School Diploma or equivalency required
-The ability to travel from plant to plant if requested
-At least 1-year experience.
-Auto-Cad, G-code, part nesting, and operation of CNC equipment.
-Excellent knowledge/ understanding of selecting the best tooling for operation and appropriate to material being machined.
-Effective time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
-Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints.
-Respond professionally in situations with difficult employees/ vendor/ customer issues or inquires.
-Proven ability to provide documentation on tooling and fixtures issues.
-Excellent problem-solving skills, employ critical thinking, logic and reasoning to troubleshoot.
-Excellent work record history.
-Basic computer skills, including P.C knowledge and current technology software familiarity.
-Ability to perform basic mathematical functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication.
-Must have strong oral and written communication skills and be able to follow verbal and written instructions well.
-Quality, safety and environmental focused.
-Able to work any shift assigned.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
-Review machining processes to determine the best available method to fabricate parts with best program, set-up, and machine efficiency.
-Learn how to program and set up Mazak, Miyano, Takamaz and Fuji CNC machines.
-Assist operators with troubleshooting of program problems and/ or program improvement to increase productivity.
-Solve problems related to operator error, machine error, maintenance problems, yield problems etc.
-Complete other assignments and special projects as requested.
-Shall adhere to all safety, health and environmental procedures, policies and practices, such as; utilizing personal protective equipment and proper attire in keeping with safety standards.

Physical Demands
-Ability to regularly stand or work for long periods of time.
-Ability to regularly lift/or move up to ten (10) pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds, and occasionally lift to fifty (50) pounds.
-While performing the job, the employee is regularly exposed to vibration, repetitive motion, bending, lifting, twisting, crouching, reaching, pushing and/or pulling.
-Ability to endure heat.
-While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly uses both manual and powered hand tools, (electric and/or air powered).

Primary Purpose and Function

The primary function of this position is to meet production requirements and perform quality checks as required. Machine operators also load wire and steel, operate, maintain and set up our cold forming headers.

Knowledge and Skills
-High School Diploma or GED with experience or vocational/technical certification required.
-Must have at least 1 year experience with various cold forming machinery, such as National, Waterbury, and Formax etc. in a fast-paced environment.
-Knows the proper operation of machine (start, stop or jogging), visual check of parts for quality.
-Ability to perform minor basic machine preventive maintenance.
-Ability to change punches and dies as well as perform adjustments as needed.
-Ability to identify proper leads on fingers and identify broken/worn tools upon inspection of progressions.
-Ability to properly load wire onto machines, operate hi-lo to move parts/wire.
-Performs tasks with minimal supervision.
-Quality and safety focused.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
-Set up and operates machine that automatically performs multi-operations.
-Performs first piece inspection of part with optical inspection equipment, or equivalent measurement equipment.
-Adjust controls to synchronize machine actions for various operations on each customized job.
-Read and understand tool layouts and part progressions.
-Will perform developmental set-ups and prototyping on new parts.
-Confer with other workers about machine setups and operational specifications.
-Shall observe operations to detect machine malfunctions and to verify that machine setups conform to specifications.
-Measure and inspect formed parts to ensure conformance to product specifications.
-Read blueprints to determine specified tolerances and sequences of operations for machine setup.
-Position and move work pieces through a series of dies that compress and shape stock to form die impressions.
-Adjust wedges & brass settings to set pressures and depths of ram strokes and to synchronize machine operations.
-Repair, maintain, and/or replace tooling when worn, broken or out of print.
-Remove tooling from machines when production runs are finished.
-Use overhead crane, forklift, and hand truck to bring and remove supplies as needed.
-Use measuring instruments to ensure and record quality information.

Physical Demands
-Standing for prolonged periods of time – up to 8 hours or more per day.
-Frequent lifting of objects up to 50 pounds.
-Noise level is usually moderate to loud.
-Ability to endure heat.
-Fast-paced environment, subject to numerous schedule and priority changes and short notice activity.

Primary Purpose and Function
The primary function of this position is to maintain the grounds, facility, equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, regulations and our policies and procedures. Also take direction from supervision to assure a successful wastewater treatment system is always maintained.

Knowledge and Skills
-High School Diploma or equivalency required.
-At least 1 year experience.
-2 -4 years of previous experience with wastewater treatment system.
-Previous experience with chemical procedures to treat water
-Ability to make critical adjustments and operate independently
-Basic computer skills, including P.C knowledge and current technology software familiarity.
-Ability to use ordinary arithmetic, charts, and tables.
-Ability to make simple use of charts, tables and specifications.
-Requires interpretation skills for various tests, use and checking or reports, form records and comparable data.
-Must have strong oral and written communication skills and can follow verbal and written instructions well.
-Quality and safety focused.
-Able to work any shift assigned.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
-Maintain Compliant Water going to the city by the following:
-Maintaining proper PH control Levels
-Adjust flow fluid controls
-Adjust Chemical metering pumps
-Add Hazardous Chemicals when needed
-Maintain Logbook – flows / pump settings
-Ability to go up and down 12 flights of stairs several times per day.
-General knowledge of basic PVC pipe
-Ability to use General tools. Wrenches & Screwdrivers
-Clean out Filter Press
-Ability to Drive a Forklift
-Maintain a clean Work area
-Maintain Proper Barrel Line Chemical Levels in Tanks
-Retrieve Chemical Samples from Barrel Line tanks
-Use Titration Methods for tank testing
-Adjust Chemical Metering pumps for proper Chemical Levels
-Shall adhere to all safety, health and environmental procedures, policies, and practices, such as utilizing personal protective equipment and proper attire in keeping with safety standards.
