Last Friday, ESI hosted its Second Annual Trade Show, and it was an incredible success! With more than 30 industry vendors, local food trucks, raffle prizes, and an outstanding turnout, the event provided a great opportunity to network and celebrate the valued partners who make our industry so strong. Celebrating 15 Years with ESI! Today we’re proud to recognize Ed Taylor Safety Director and Adam Camacho, Senior Mechanical Designer for 15 years of dedication, hard work, and commitment to ESI. Starting in the warehouse as a delivery driver, Ed has taken on countless roles throughout the years, always stepping up wherever needed. From rigging and hoisting operations to supporting the warehouse and sheet metal work, he has been a key part of the team every step of the way. Now leading safety initiatives, he continues to make an impact across the company — and recently earned the 2025 Everett Eames Award. Adam first joined ESI after graduating from Wentworth and returned shortly after. Over the years, he has played a major role in HVAC design/build projects and now leads pre-construction coordination through BIM and 3D design. His expertise and leadership earned him a promotion to Senior Mechanical Designer in 2022. Thank you both for 15 incredible years at ESI!

Fire Protection Friday! Our Fire Protection Division recently completed upgrades at the Old Sturbridge Village Visitor’s Center. Delivering new wet and dry sprinkler systems throughout the facility while keeping the building fully operational during construction. This project showcased seamless coordination between our Fire Protection and Fire Alarm divisions, with all design, hydraulic calculations, permitting, installation, testing, and commissioning completed in-house by ESI. From the auditorium and common areas to the Clock Gallery, our team worked closely with OSV Facilities and the project engineering team to deliver a code-compliant life safety solution built to protect the space for years to come.

With 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, Megan has led the planning and ex*****on of large-scale commercial plumbing projects throughout Massachusetts. In her new role she is looking forward to contributing to the continued growth and success of our plumbing division by strengthening operations, expanding project opportunities, and supporting long-term strategic development. Career fair season is here, and we’re back on the road! Come stop by and meet our team at one of our upcoming career fairs to learn more about exciting opportunities in the trades. Whether you’re planning your next step after graduation or simply exploring your options, we’d love the chance to connect with you. Join us on Thursday, April 9 at Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We’ll also be at Attleboro High School on Thursday, April 16 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM, followed by The Peterson School later that day from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. On Monday, April 27, come see us at Attleboro Technical Institute from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and on Friday, May 8, we’ll be at Bristol-Plymouth Regional Technical High School from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
