As a small business owner I’ve learned some things but more importantly customers need to understand I hold myself & my employees to a very high standard. We do not have all the best equipment just yet but we strive for nothing but high quality in everything we do. With that being said here is a PSA for the public… I look forward to doing business with everyone that calls my phone. I have bills to pay so I take on jobs that were not my original intent when I started my business I wanted to focus on different things like upfit & build quality trucks.. Street trucks, 4wd trucks, service trucks/work trucks, flatbed trucks, bucket trucks, old trucks, new trucks anything involving trucks. But I’m also a 15 year fabricator so It’s not very often I turn down a fabrication job. My shop rate will not change I have a $250 minimum $60/hr for most typical jobs and $75/hr for stainless and aluminum. I put just as much attention to detail into everything I do regardless if it’s a $250 job or a $25,000 job. I will do my best to accommodate your schedule as well as my own. Do not call me leaving rude voicemails and expect me to drop what I’m doing for you bc you’re 3 week vacation you planned that I was not aware of started two days ago and you want me to jump right on it and do it extremely cheap. Please understand when you ask for an estimate it takes a lot of time to call for materials, find appropriate hardware, price powder coating or paint, rare parts etc.. I may offer free estimates but it cost me time and money to do so. When you ask for quotes for a year and I repeatedly update your estimate and then I don’t hear a word from you it leaves a bad taste in my mouth for future projects.
I want to bring quality fabrication to edgecombe county and our neighboring counties but that requires quality customers as well.
If you made it this far please drop a like, comment and share our posts as we share them weekly. Here and on Instagram.
We look forward to helping you complete your next quality fabrication project.
