Every great operation has someone behind the scenes making sure all the pieces come together — and for us, that’s our Operations Manager, Waylon.
Waylon plays a big role in keeping our team working safely, efficiently, and on track. From coordinating the moving parts to making sure our crews have what they need to get the job done right, he’s one of the people helping keep Sims HD moving forward every day.

When he’s not keeping things running at work, Waylon is a husband and proud dad to two sons. Outside of work, you’ll find him racing or, even better, spending time with his family.
