We felt the need to share this! ⚡️⚡️⚡️ There are A LOT of people who get this wrong and we have to correct them often. We even had customers and vendors tell us that we are spelling our own name wrong!!!!! When we give our email over the phone you better bet we spell it out and they still get it wrong. This pic should also include "Lighting" as well because that is another misspelling we often see for Lightning ⚡️.

We may have autocorrect to blame, but a friendly reminder. It's lightning. Not lightening. Lightning is dangerous. Lightening is not.

Heat lightning does not exist. Remember, light travels a very long distance. Sound does not. So, when there are huge thunderstorms over Polk county, like there were last night, it will put on a light show in Tampa, but we are not going to hear thunder, the storm is just too far away.
