Super proud of our FDA |PRIME AE teams who played in the FES ASHE Golf Tournament. Our group of 13 employees took part in the full tournament, enjoying a day focused on teamwork, along with a few fun challenges like the Beat the Pro hole and the Drone Drop hole. With proceeds supporting scholarship funding, the event made a meaningful impact on the future of engineering.

As we reach the end of the Oyster Mat Reef Modules Pilot Project, we’re reflecting on the importance of this work for Old Tampa Bay. Thanks to the Tampa Bay Estuary Program’s Bay Mini Grant, , and strong partnerships with FDOT and the Salt Strong Alliance, these modules will support oyster growth and strengthen the ecosystem for years to come.

FDA’s environmental team visited Sea & Shoreline’s Riverview Operations Center last week to tour their eelgrass nursery and learn more about the innovative materials used for shoreline stabilization. We’re excited about the opportunities these solutions offer for restoring coastal systems and enhancing oyster habitat, nesting shorebird habitat, and seagrass communities.
