Currently we have (2) available slots - one for a registered PE (7+ years) and one for an EI (2+ years) with experience in site development, civil site design, storm water design and permitting experience in Florida. Kempton Rinard celebrates the opening of Lake Crago's recreational complex set to open to the public in early October. KR prepared the overall master site plan for the park and we are excited to see the transformation of Lake Crago. This is now one of the largest, most diverse parks in Lakeland with the City’s first public kayaking and canoeing facility, a boathouse, event space, and an educational amphitheater. A third construction phase is planned to add three multi-purpose athletic fields, three baseball fields, picnic pavilions, a concession stand and disc golf course.

Lakeland officials celebrated the completion of Lake Crago Park's $7 million outdoor recreational complex that will open in early October.

Congratulations to Design Styles Architecture for winning a 2020 AURORA Award at the Annual Southeast Building Conference for the Southard Family Building at The University of Tampa. The project was awarded a Silver Award in the “Best Rehabilitation Project” category. Kempton Rinard, Inc. was an integral part of the design team developing the outdoor spaces (hardscape and landscape design) associated with this project and we celebrate with DSA. The AURORA Awards were established in 1979 and are presented annually to outstanding builders, planners, architects, developers, designers, interior merchandisers and other housing-related professionals. Featuring 55 categories, the Aurora Awards encompasses all facets of the residential, commercial and remodeling industries.

Kempton Rinard is proud to announce that their Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business certification has been approved by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Verification and Evaluation. Under the Veterans First Contracting Program, Kempton Rinard has access to sole-source contracts and set-asides issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs. This will allow us to offer support on a wider number of Federal government contracts, while also providing a way for our federal clients to meet their SDVOSB mandates. We look forward to expanding our business across the federal sector and forming new partnerships with businesses committed to filling critical SDVOSB utilization requirements.

Kempton Rinard is part of the design team for this new Dollar General in Lake Placid, Florida. This is one of several we are working on in the state and it will be the third Dollar General in the Lake Placid area. The grand opening is slated for late summer 2020.

Founded in 1939, Dollar General operates over 16,500 stores in the continental United States has grown to become one of the most profitable companies in rural America with revenue reaching $25.6 billion in 2018. Florida is home to the 3rd most Dollar Generals in the country.
