WHY IT WOULDN'T CYCLE

Customer's Tuttnauer EZ10k wouldn't run a cycle at all. Diagnosis found two separate problems: a sticking air valve and an intermittently failing water pump — the kind of intermittent fault that's easy to miss until it strands a cycle.

Rebuilt the sticking air valve (RPI TUK082 solenoid valve repair kit) and replaced the water pump (RPI TUP090, 220V). Full performance evaluation passed after the repair — back in rotation.

A small control can sideline a whole chair.

This Midmark 417 exam-chair hand control had cracked buttons and a worn overlay. Once opened, the internal flex circuit showed why this was a component-level repair—not a reason to replace the entire chair. The photo sequence follows the damaged control through replacement and restoration.
