JC Customs

JC Customs Custom metal fabrication. Specializing in Toyota/Lexus I build everything as if it were my own. I take a lot of pride in what I do.

I try to make something that no one else has, so that you go home with a true one off custom piece.

Also everyone asks when I’m putting bumpers on it…. I kinda like it how it is 😂

This was fun. I built this whole peanut trailer from scratch. We tossed around the idea of starting off of a 4x6 and building off of it. But this was definitely the move. I was able to make the most of all the space and add some cool details. This thing turned out sweet.

And for those of you who have never heard of boiled peanuts, you’re missing out!

This is the type of custom work I really enjoy and miss doing!

Needed a mount for my ScanGuage in the 4Runner. Turns out the same mount fits beautifully in a 1st Gen Tacoma.

🚨 HIRING! 🚨

So I posted a few weeks ago looking for part time help. A lot has changed quickly and I’m actually going to be looking to hire full time. Ideally I need to fulfill ASAP. I also want to apologize to anyone that I wasn’t able to respond to the first time.

I’ll repost a lot of what was on the original post since the job description hasn’t changed much. Just hours.

This position is essentially two very different roles.

The first role, is a more office oriented role. Typical computer and communication skills needed. Will be answering many emails. Keeping an organized space as well as managing inventory. Reordering from suppliers when needed. But the primary task here is going to be packaging and processing website orders. This requires a very good memory, memorizing products, parts etc.

Second role, this will be more hands on shop role. No major skill set needed. Just able to use hand tools, power tools and pick up things quick-fast learner. Cleaning parts with angle grinder, DA sander, bending parts on the press brake. Tack welding and assembling parts. (All of this can be easily taught if you can easily work with your hands)

Pay is going to be based on experience. $15-25 an hour.

This is a 1099 job. No benefits like health insurance or retirement. However sick time, vacation, paid lunch, and paid holidays will be available. A lot of people are taught to stay away from 1099 but it comes with a lot of benefits. I won’t get into all that here but we can discuss those if you are unsure.

Hours are flexible but ultimately a morning to evening shift. 7-3:00, 9-5. Something of that nature. Also 9 hour days and half day on Friday is an option.

Please provide a resume with references. If you are interested or have any questions please send me a message and I will respond as I can! Be patient, sometimes it may take me a few days to reply

Please feel free to share.

After about a decade off, I recently got back into bikes. This time went with a dual sport. So of course, you know I am going to create a whole lineup of products for it. Here’s a few things I’ve been working on for the legendary DRZ400.
