WELDER / FABRICATOR NEEDED

Tallahassee Welding & Machine is hiring a full-time Welder / Fabricator for our busy shop in Tallahassee.

We are a family-owned welding and fabrication shop looking for someone dependable who takes pride in their work and wants steady employment.

Job Duties
- MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Fabrication and repair work
- Read tape measure and shop drawings
- Operate shop equipment safely
- Assist with layout, fitting, and assembly
- Maintain clean and organized work area

Requirements
- Welding and fabrication experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Dependable and on time
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license is a plus

We are a family-owned welding business looking for someone who can lead a crew, keep jobs moving, and work alongside employees when needed.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and assist shop employees
- Read prints and oversee fabrication jobs
- Help manage workflow and scheduling
- Maintain quality and safety standards
- Perform welding and fabrication work as needed

- Welding and fabrication experience
- Leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read shop drawings and blueprints
- Dependable with a strong work ethic

Read and interpret shop drawings/blueprints
Repair and maintain equipment
Fabricate and repair stairs, rails, and custom metal projects
Work independently and as part of a team to complete jobs safely and efficiently

Minimum 3 years of welding & fabrication experience.
