Your body moves with the seasons. Does your pain?

Winter, it's shoveling the driveway and layering up for the cold. Spring, it's finally getting back into the garden and long walks once the weather breaks. Summer, it's hours on your feet at the pool, the ballpark, the boardwalk. Fall, it's raking leaves and running errands before the holidays hit.

Different season, different activity — but somehow, the same ache finds its way back in.

It's not your imagination. When your activity level shifts, your feet feel it first — and everything above them, from your knees to your back, tends to follow.

If your ""good days"" and ""bad days"" seem to track with the calendar more than anything else, you're not alone.

Tag someone whose knees have a four-season forecast of their own. 🌦️

Consider this your nudge. 👀

FSA plans work differently depending on where you work - some expire at year-end, some offer a grace period, some allow a small carryover. However yours works, now's a good time to check your balance before it's gone.

If you've got funds available, many customers choose to put them toward their arch support fitting. We can't guarantee what qualifies under your specific plan (that's a conversation for your plan administrator, not us), but it's worth a quick call to find out.
