Richlite receives the 2026 Forest Stewardship Council Leadership Award. 🌲

One of just two companies recognized among approximately 2,500 FSC certificate holders in the U.S., this award reflects our longstanding commitment to responsible forestry and sustainable manufacturing. Having received this honor in 2019, we’re proud to see that commitment recognized once again.

At the FSC US Stewardship in Action 2026 in Seattle, our CMO, Don Atkinson, joined industry leaders to discuss the importance of a strong forest products industry and how Chain of Custody certification connects responsible forest management with market demand.

The event also included a field visit to Hanson Timberlands in Black Diamond, WA, facilitated by the Northwest Natural Resource Group , offering a firsthand look at responsible forestry in practice.

Thank you to FSC and our partners across the supply chain. This recognition reflects the dedication of the entire Richlite team and our shared commitment to a more sustainable future.

A collaboration between Mårka Architecture and Grey Duck Cabins, this secluded lakeside retreat in Minnesota’s Superior National Forest is all about bringing the outdoors in.

Floor-to-ceiling windows and a signature glass ceiling frame daytime views and starlit nights, while Richlite’s slate cladding adds a bold contrast to the natural surroundings.

Where music history meets material innovation. 🎸

We’re honored to be part of the new Bruce Springsteen Center for American Music for American Music at Monmouth University in Long Branch, New Jersey—a 30,000-square-foot museum, archive, and performance venue celebrating Bruce Springsteen and the broader story of American music.

Designed by COOKFOX Architects, the LEED Gold-certified center brings together exhibition galleries, a 240-seat auditorium, research facilities, retail, and the Springsteen archives.

Richlite Black Diamond was selected for millwork throughout the lobby, retail, and archive research spaces. Made from 100% recycled, FSC-certified paper, it supports the project’s focus on responsible sourcing, material durability, and lower embodied carbon, alongside sustainable strategies including exposed mass timber, native landscapes, and energy-efficient systems.

We’re proud to contribute to a building designed to preserve and share American music history for generations to come.
