For World Environment Day, we're celebrating how thoughtful material choices can actively reduce environmental impact in the built environment.

Designed by , Fairways Home on the Isle of Wight is an impressive nearly 7,000-square-foot residence that demonstrates circular design at architectural scale.

Using the same Richlite Slate material for both the exterior cladding and the resulting fabrication offcuts ensured nothing went to waste. The offcuts were reworked and integrated back into the façade as exterior detailing, giving new life to material that would otherwise be discarded while reducing demand for virgin resources.

This approach continues throughout the home, where Richlite Black Diamond, made from 100% recycled paper fibers, is used for window surrounds, handrails, entrance doorframes, shelving, and more, prioritizing longevity as a form of sustainability.

Voor deze keuken in Broek in Waterland is gekozen voor een combinatie van hoogwaardige en duurzame materialen. De wandkast is uitgevoerd in , gecombineerd met een zwarte nis van black diamond.
Een bijzonder duurzaam materiaal van papiercomposiet met een luxe uitstraling en een uitzonderlijk lange levensduur.

Het werkblad van de kastenwand is vervaardigd uit prachtig kwartsiet natuursteen. Het eiland vormt het strakke middelpunt van de ruimte met een 4 mm RVS werkblad en fronten van . De luxe ovens van maken het geheel compleet.
