Please join us in welcoming Lawrence Rentz as the new Chief Executive Officer of Globe Machine Manufacturing!
Lawrence brings more than 30 years of engineering and executive leadership experience across power generation, automotive, machine tools, and industrial manufacturing.
A graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Lawrence has held leadership positions at General Electric, Climax Portable Machine Tools, Warn Industries, Maag, and Rotex. Throughout his career, he has focused on growing businesses through innovation, developing talent, and building strong teams.
As Globe enters its next chapter, Lawrence sees significant opportunities to build on our 100+ years of manufacturing expertise.

His vision includes expanding Globe's automation capabilities beyond our established building products and pulp & paper markets into growing industries such as aerospace, data centers, and food & beverage, while exploring opportunities to integrate AI into manufacturing processes.
On a personal note, Lawrence is excited to return to the Pacific Northwest after spending the past decade in Ohio. He and his wife have been married for 33 years and have four grown children and a new granddaughter in Seattle. He's also a Seahawks fan, enjoys hiking and traveling, and has visited 49 states, with Alaska next on his list!
