Now Hiring – Entry-Level Manufacturing Position (Full-Time)
We are seeking a motivated, reliable individual interested in full-time work in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This position is well suited for entry-level candidates who are eager to learn new skills and grow in a trade.
The role may include a variety of responsibilities depending on the individual’s adaptability and proficiency, such as:
Production work
Equipment setup and teardown
General maintenance and basic repairs
Shop cleaning and organization
Tow motor operation
Assisting with or operating machinery including metal spinning lathes, machine lathes, presses, mills, waterjet tables, and press brakes
No prior experience is required. All training will be provided on the job. Candidates must be willing to work hands-on, get dirty when needed, and demonstrate a strong interest in learning and developing new technical skills.
