Last night Joe picked up the outlaw showdown win after a long 25 laps with a few challenges in the race but led all 25. Matt finished third with a really good hot rod, Justin broke a lf upper a arm resulting in a DNF. This season was a solid one with a few wins throughout the team and just figuring out what we need to change for next year to be that much better.

A recap from Brewerton Speedway Friday night!

Joe and Justin would both win their heat races
Greg finishing 4th and Matt unfortunately fought an electrical issue and didn’t start the heat.

The feature was gunna be a good one as Joe took the lead early and Justin followed him for 10 laps as a red flag came out after a restart and under the red Joes bad luck continued as a fuel line broke on the T to the throttle bodies which would end his night! After that Justin took the lead over and led the rest of the way! Greg ended up 7th after starting 12th and Matt started scratch worked his way up to 9th before another electrical short shut the fuel pump off!

Joe Isabell traveled up north to Merritville and Humberstone Speedway this past weekend and picked up the win both nights after starting 7th Saturday night and 5th Sunday night!

Greg finished 6th Saturday night and 9th Sunday night

We want to congratulate Matt Kitts on his 2nd career Mod-Lite feature win at the Brewerton Speedway And 1st with his brand new chassis! He’s been close a few nights but last night he was able to secure the deal!

Update from Katie:
Joel was released from the hospital today and will be in a back brace instead of surgery as of now. Let’s hope it progressively gets better and he heals back up to normal!

Just got off the phone with Joel this morning so here’s A quick update on what happened last night. He took a wild ride at Brewerton going down the front stretch and was brought to upstate after he said he was having pains in his back and after a mri they found 2 fractures. He’s waiting to hear back from the doctors on wether or not they have to do surgery or just be in a back brace to let them heal. The car and safety gear did its job but the impacts at that rate of speed were just violent! We hope for a speedy recovery and thanks to everyone who came over to help load the car and check and ask how he’s doing!

Last weekend we made a trip to Clarksville Speedway for the 5k to win event. Thursday night all 3 made the show and all had some tough luck as Matt got caught in the lap 1 wreck Joe broke a drive shaft inside the top 5 and Justin caught a yuke tire bending a spindle. We skipped Friday night to spend the night in Nashville and relax until Saturday night Joe changed the spline in the rearend but blew another drive shaft that ended his night. Matt timed 24th started 5th in his heat and got 3rd which locked him in to the big dance starting 16th. Justin qualified 9th which put him on the pole of a heat race as the top 6 got locked in. He went on to win the heat and put him in the 9th starting spot. Both cars were picking cars away as Justin was running 5th looking for 4th early on but then got taken out with a really good chance of running up front. Matt was running inside the top 10 until a battery issue took him out of the race with a handful of laps to go.

The Boys last night went to Brewerton and came out with a win a 3rd and a 5th. We got these cars rolling really good headed into the big races coming up and have high hopes for them! Most importantly we’re very disappointed in car count as there is a good amount of cars around and it makes us look bad. Unfortunately we lost a few week 1 and unfortunately another as one of our cars will need a motor rebuild which we can’t control these things happening but We would hate to see this class die as there has been a handful doing it for over a decade!
