Our Internships have become an annual tradition here. They often learn about the Shop and how it functions as a whole. To our benefit The Students from Toledo Technology Academy of Engineering have a great concept of machining and how manual machines operate.

Featured below drilling 1 1/2 inch hole on a Bridgeport is not an easy task. Our student Raymond takes right to learning the tricks of the trade . He was able to drill from both sides and ended up a matching clean hole!

Raymond plans on attending The University of Toledo and pursue a master’s degree in mechanical engineering!

You could perhaps be in charge of maintenance or maintaining the molds.

WE want to hear from you .
If you do not schedule maintenance intervals they will schedule right when you least expected it to happen.

This often leads to rushed dates.. broken components.. extra wear and tear . Everything that could be prevented with a simple PM program!

Right now we are offering 10% discount on any tool from anywhere as long as the tool has not been to our facility before. If you are a new customer to the shop we will offer 20% off all new components needed for repair .
