Considering it’s about 115 degrees outside, I guess this could officially be considered thermal expansion. 😂
Taylor Mobile Fleet Maintenance is expanding, and I’m proud to announce our newest division:
Taylor Mobile Property Solutions
Now, before everybody gets carried away, when I say “Property Solutions,” I’m not talking about becoming another site-prep or land-clearing company.
I’m talking about solving the aggravating problems nobody wants to deal with.
Eviction cleanouts. Storm debris. Yard debris. Construction debris. Property cleanups. A tree knocked over during a storm—or possibly by an exceptionally heavy squirrel.
Maybe you had a late night at the bar, woke up with ol’ Heavy Debbie in the bed, and need her out the window before your buddies wake up.
Whatever the situation…
ONE CALL, WE HAUL.
And remember: if she ain’t 280, she ain’t a lady—but disposal is charged by weight, so keep that in mind when Heavy Debbie is the one you find. 😂
Alright, enough jokes. If I hurt anybody’s feelings, I apologize. You probably should’ve left those at the doctor’s office anyway.
Now for what we’re actually doing.
Taylor Mobile Property Solutions will offer property and eviction cleanouts, storm and yard debris removal, junk and unwanted-property removal, construction debris hauling, hazardous-material hauling, tractor rental, dump-truck rental, and equipment with or without operators.
Biohazard material will be handled differently. We will only consider that type of removal when the appropriate law-enforcement personnel, coroner, or other responsible authorities are on site at pickup.
We’re also opening our own dirt pit.
Available material will include:
• Topsoil
• Fill dirt
• Hardpan
• Clay
• Gumbo
And I want to make something very clear about the dirt.
If you call Taylor Mobile Property Solutions and ask for topsoil, you’re getting good, dark topsoil.
If you ask for fill dirt, you’re getting fill dirt.
If you ask for clay, you’re getting clay.
I’m not interested in playing the game where somebody orders one thing and gets a truckload of whatever happened to be easiest to dig that morning.
In fact, I’ll put my name behind it:
If we deliver a load of dirt and you genuinely aren’t satisfied with what you received, keep it. I’ll bring you another load that you are satisfied with, and I won’t charge you a dime for either.
That’s my guarantee.
We own the dirt, we have a loader on site, and there is no middleman marking up the material before it reaches you.
But dirt isn’t the main reason I’m starting this company.
I want to help get this county cleaned up and make it easier for people to get things done with one phone call.
Rental equipment will also be available.
TRACTOR — $350/DAY

Grapple attachment — $200/day
Bush hog — $150/day
Air conditioning and radio
DUMP TRUCK (non cdl) — $600/DAY
Air conditioning
Up to 500 miles included
Additional mileage — $20/mile (prepaid arrangements can me made at better prices, this is about the courtesy of our neighbors
If you know beforehand that you’ll need additional mileage, just call us and work it out ahead of time. I’m not trying to catch anybody with a surprise bill. I’m asking people to be courteous because somebody else may already have the equipment booked after you.
Basically, if you’ve got a property problem and you’re wondering whether we can handle it, call us.
If we can do it, we’ll do it.
If it requires something we don’t currently have, we’ll figure out what it takes to get it done.
And while I’m letting cats out of bags, I’ll mention one more thing.
My next big adventure isn’t going to be cleaning up property.
I’m hoping to help clean up lives.
One of my long-term goals is opening a sober-living facility here in our community, assuming I can earn the support and approvals necessary to make it happen.
There was a time in my own life when I needed people willing to believe that somebody could change. I’ve been blessed with opportunities I never imagined I’d have, and if I can use some of what I’m building today to give somebody else an opportunity to rebuild their life tomorrow, that’s something worth working toward.
