Quality products are ensured by a rigorous inspection and preparation of wire rod prior to processing to provide a high quality which is demanded by the industries we supply. A thorough metallurgical inspection is carried out on every coil and is followed by conditioning of the surface using in-house rotary shaving and precision polishing. Elgiloy’s team of metallurgical and process engineers ensure precise processing for the challenging alloys we offer to ensure all the specification requirements are met. They are also available to provide support on alloy selection, new product design and subsequent heat treatment and processing.
