Inventory and Media Specialist

Job Description:

Jacky Jones Ford of Sweetwater “Media & Inventory Specialist” position overview: This position is vital to our advertising efforts online and on-lot. A productive and efficient Inventory & Media Specialist with a creative nature and photography/video/media background is required. Knowledge of Adobe/Canva or other image and video production software is a plus.

Overview of position responsibilities:
• Complete all vehicle photos and on-vehicle merchandising in a timely fashion
• Assist, as directed, in any vehicle descriptions or auditing for vehicle feeds to be uploaded to company website or various 3rd party listing websites
• Audit on-vehicle merchandising inventory monthly
• Maintain and request all other supplies involved in on-lot vehicle marketing
• Store, maintain and operate all equipment safely (any dealership camera/equipment usage requires all straps/lanyards, harnesses, and security mounts to be always used)
• As directed, maintain our on-lot inventory presentation and vehicle health
o Arrange vehicles for maximum on-lot presentation and marketing
o Manage a schedule of vehicle starts, battery health, tire pressures, fuel levels
o Audit on-lot vehicles for any issues that would hinder optimal presentation
• Perform any other duties as required by management including but not limited to errands, transportation, events, campaigns, etc.

Requirements:
• Applicants must provide a clean MVR and must be eligible for our garage policy coverage
• Must be able to lift 40+ lbs.
• Able to confidently drive, move and park a range of vehicle types in limited space
• Computer and technology literacy with excellent communication skills
• Have a strong work ethic, verified through excellent references

Schedule:
• Monday through Friday, variable 8-hour shifts until 6pm, 40-hour week (one hour per day for lunch)
• May be requested to work additional hours for department coverage or events after hours exceeding a typical 40 hour week

Compensation:
• The Inventory & Media Specialist will receive a fixed hourly rate
• Eligible for full-time benefits as available per our HR department, including but not limited to paid time off and holidays, insurance, 401k, and
