When the office gets fired up to help, things happen. 🫠

The boxing department needed a few extra hands last week, so Nikki, our amazing Pricing Analyst, stepped up to help. No questions asked. Unfortunately, her enthusiasm may have gotten a little ahead of her stencil technique. 😂

Luckily, it was an easy fix. Nikki had it dialed in by her second try, and the boxing department appreciated the extra help. Moments like these are a great reminder of what makes RSH special. A team that's always willing to jump in and help, while sharing a few laughs along the way.

Thanks, Nikki, for always making the job fun and never hesitating to lend a hand!

Every role is essential to what we do.

Here, Floyd is grinding down beams on the second floor of the shop as part of a project to add more flooring and create additional storage space. And also giving us a look at the final product. It's another example of someone stepping up to improve the shop and support the team.

Throwing it back to when the team surprised Tiuana before her trip to the Boston Marathon.

From handmade signs to plenty of smiles, the whole crew came together to celebrate an incredible accomplishment and show their support.

One of the best parts of working at RSH is seeing people cheer each other on—not just at work, but in the big moments outside of it too.

There's a reason people still hang on to old iron.

It's simple.
It's reliable.
And when something breaks, you can usually fix it.

More and more, we're seeing old trucks and equipment still getting the job done while the newer stuff sits in the shop.

They don't make them like they used to.
