CNC Plasma Cutting
Kodiak Metal Works offers custom plasma cutting of one off items as well as full production runs for quantity items. Our CNC Plasma Table has the ability to cut items, without indexing, up to 48 inches by 54 inches. We can design your part using CAD software and provide dimensioned drawings of your parts for approval prior to production. Powder Coating
Kodiak Metal
Works provides in house powder coating, allowing fast turn around on items. Our curing oven will handle items up to 7 feet 6 inches tall and 4 feet by 4 feet wide. Your items can be powder coated in just about any color imaginable. Powder coat can be utilized on any metal sub-straight that will withstand cure temperatures up to 400 degrees. Powder coating has many benefits over conventional finishes. Powder Coating provides a more durable finish than liquid paints, while still providing an attractive look and/or custom finish. It is more resistant to impact, moisture, chemicals, ultra-violet light, and extreme weather conditions. Powder Coating also reduces the risk of chipping, scratches, corrosion and fading. Tube Bending
Kodiak Metal Works provides custom tube bending in 2 inch, 1 5/8 inch and 1¾ inch, up to .250 wall thickness. These sizes are perfect for bumpers, rock sliders, tire carriers, Shock Hoops, and Roll cages. Fabrication and Welding
