Happy Labor Day weekend 🇺🇸

Another brand new one out the door a few weeks ago for DeFeo Materials. This 2027 589 Peterbilt got a 2 line wet kit, dump valves on the factory air ride front end, 7 cablights, visor, cab and sleeper panels, deckplate, Shift Products | Fenders & Truck Lights rear poly fenders, mirror lights, air cleaner lights front and rear from Pro-Fab associates, 18” mitered end bumper, smooth exhaust heat shields, 48” exhaust tips, added two extra load lights with watermelon lights, painted the vent covers on the back of the sleeper to match the body and then Sheaded Tint came up and tinted all the windows. 😎 Thanks for the opportunity Chris and congratulations Kevin on the new ride. It was a pleasure dealing with these guys.

When possible, the underneath should get just as much attention as the top side. Cab swap project for a nice Heritage Western-Star underway. Body work and paint starts next week.

48” stand up sleeper completely restored for Rhys Gaudet.

This sleeper came in for a back panel with a back window and we found body filler and damage in every single panel so it got everything.

Once Tyke stripped the panels the frame was media blasted by M&J. The frame was then epoxy primed.

Not all panels were available so Greg Crispell made the passenger side panel for us.

The roof cap was a disaster with many coats of paint and years of body work but between Tyke and Tim they got it looking new again.

The new panels were installed and Tim laid down some beautiful Merca blue paint to top it off.

New sleeper vent assemblies, new polished door hinge, new door handle, new door seal, new shocks, new air bags.

Another cool truck left the hill even cooler last week.

Thanks to Ryan Wheeler for trusting us with this project because him and his friends are more than capable of doing this so I really appreciate the opportunity.

We sold Ryan a 42” bunk, replaced the damaged rear panel with a cool pleated back panel with four lights and a factory back window. Swapped the bottom doors out for some newer style doors to match the truck. Big holed the bunk, body worked and painted it to match the truck.

Ryan dropped the truck off and we got the truck big holed, bunk mounted, new glass cab lights, new loli pop blinkers with our diamond block off plates, added work lights, fixed some leaks on the cab and had it out the door in a week.

Shout out to the new guy Tim for all the hours he put in bringing this 28 year old bunk back to life with the new panels, body work and great paint work. He’s been a huge asset in the shop and has been busy on some other projects as well.

R&S dropped off their 1979 359 V8 truck for some cab repair from an overhead crane hitting the stack and twisting the cab up. My good friend Greg came and spent the week and got the interior gutted, cleaned and repaired everything that needed fixing. Started with straightening the cab structure, replacing the wood floor, fabbed up new metal pieces for the floor and last but not least, on the outside Greg made some sweet stainless cowl panels for both sides and also the stainless pieces for the floor. Then I fixed some leaks in the roof, did 3 layers of sound deadening mat, installed a new interior that Ray supplied, installed a SpareTimeFab carpet, and new seats. We also slid the fuel tank back from under the cab on the passenger side and installed a tool box step under the cab. I look forward to having this one back for some more odds and ends in the future. Another brand new one suited up and put to work for Cunningham Logging & Excavation.

A 2026 Kenworth W900L straight from New England Kenworth.

This truck got a two line hydraulic system to run a walking floor and lowbed.

Removed the horns and replaced the factory cablights with LED bullet style lights.

Stainless drop visor.

Side windows tinted by Sheaded Tint

20” mitered end chrome bumper with watermelon lights.

Air cleaner light brackets with one single watermelon light.

Shift Products | Fenders & Truck Lights poly fenders on the rear.

Shift Products | Fenders & Truck Lights rock light underglow kit.

Dual revolution lights in the back of the bunk that switch from amber to white.

Just wrapped up Buds Truck and Diesel Service’s 2016 W9.

This truck got a big hole conversion with brand new black button tuck with purple buttons interior, new reupholstered to match mid back seats, poly floor painted plum crazy purple with some heavy flake, and all purple watermelon interior lights.

On the outside I replaced the back panel of the sleeper with a custom starburst pattern panel with three diamond widows and a few glass lights for a nice and clean look.
I made new kick panels out of aluminum for under the cab and painted them black to replace the factory stainless ones and added a few more glass lights to them as well as 2” stainless cab and sleeper panels with a bead roll.
A stainless light box with five glass watermelons was also added to the deck plate.

Cleaned up some corrosion issues along the way to prevent future damage.

Big thanks to Charlie and Mikey at Buds for being patient and understanding the process. Everyone told me these guys are great and they lived upto that.

Thanks to everyone who helped make this happen and for supplying me with high end truck accessories/parts.

Thanks Ben DuBois and MDR Construction for letting me do my thing on Ben’s daily this winter.

This 2018 389 Pete got bus glass, double round headlights on JJ brackets and old school loli pop light blinkers on the fenders.
