The Form-Line 1.0 DR delivers the advantages of dual-rotation bending combined with quick, user-friendly tooling changeovers—all at an affordable price point. Ball screw-driven clamp and pressure die axes enable precise position capture, significantly reducing setup time and improving repeatability.

A properly sized pressure die boost axis enhances support for tighter-radius and deeper bends, eliminating the need for multiple pressure die hitch-feed movements. The result is faster production, smoother operation, cleaner bends, and simplified machine setup.
