Had the pleasure of helping out with some pit support at the Silverstate 300. Had a very clean race and managed to bring home a P2 podium finish! Good weekend of racing in the Nevada desert!

Wrapped up a quick project recently for a good friend, . Installed some lighting with brackets along with a new exhaust tip all tig welded. Wired lighting into factory fog circuit as well as one of the upfitter factory switches. We seem to have the pleasure on having our hands involved in a lot of these newer Super Duty equipped builds. Thanks to for always being detail oriented in the shop and capturing some good shots of the truck. Also big thanks to for putting the reel together for us!

Couple of recoveries from today, huge thanks to for having a good head on his shoulders and understanding how to manipulate a vehicle during a recovery. It helps having a second person that understands what to do without a ton of direction. Now it’s time to wash the truck… if you guys find yourselves in a mess and want more professional help than cousin buck with Jeep and chain, give us a shout!

Huge thanks to for coming out and cleaning up this gasser build before it heads to Dino’s. We aren’t going to quite have it done for the show, but hopefully people can still appreciate the build shown as a mid process. If you guys need any detail or washing done, Brandon is the man to talk to. Stuck to the schedule, no bs to deal with and was very efficient.

We have a ton of projects we are juggling at the shop currently. Here’s one of the many! Hector’s ‘56 Chevy gasser has been an awesome project. We have it in the shop for some suspension fabrication, wiring, and plumbing. Hoping to see this and 4 other long term projects wrapped up in the next couple months. As always, thanks for your support and keeping us busy!

Life is flying by recently and definitely haven’t kept up on posting. Here’s a photo dump of some of the jobs we’ve been up to lately. We are getting close to being in the new shop! Aiming to be in the new location at the start of the new year. We plan to host an open house BBQ so keep your eyes peeled for the announcement as we get closer to completion. Thanks everyone for your constant support and business! Happy holidays from the Rozhart crew.

Justin brought in another one of his rigs for us to do a once over on. This time it was his supercharged 4Runner. We did an overall assessment on it, and found some worn delta joints and tie rods. We got parts on order, everything replaced, greased and cleaned up for him! He even brought in his John boat for a new engine brace and some seat bases that are headed for upholstery. As always, everything that got reinstalled has antisieze on bolt shoulder, thread locker on threads, and rev lock as a great visual indicator for pre/post trip inspections!

Made a modification for a tire carrier we built awhile back. Client wanted it to work with multiple vehicles and one of his trucks has wheels with an extremely small center cap hole which didn’t play well with the urethane cone bushing used previously. We built this threaded adapter to convert it to lug nut retained instead of bushing retained. Now he can switch easily between the two as needed. We also built a socket holder tray to hold his common sockets between the two vehicles. On the ends of the wing nut, we welded on quick connects so the wing nut now becomes a breaker bar. Turned out to be an awesome way to keep some tools out of the cab and leave room for other items when hitting the trails.

Awesome ranger build we got to have a little part in recently. Truck took a front end impact in the desert and needed a new skid plate fabricated. We matched the styling of his previous one and fixed some bent mounting tabs. We went from the previous 1/8” aluminum to a thicker 1/4” plate to avoid the same kind of damage in the future. While it was in, we went through the front end and did a preload change on shocks as well as a quick prep/inspection. With the need for more night time visibility, we tig welded a mounting plate for him to add some pod lights to the front bumper. Next on the list for this truck is relocating a trans cooler and getting it wired / plumbed. We appreciate all of you for the business and support!

Have a GM truck with an annoying tire rub issue? Shoot us a message and let us take care of it for you. We can remove the crash bar from your truck and allow for more tire clearance. We blend the body mount and frame areas to make it look as if it was never there. We can also handle the Ford trucks that rub on the front crash bar ,as well as any body mount chop or relocation on Toyota vehicles.
