2. Moving the coil too fast

1. Start with simple locations.
Beaches, parks, and open fields are perfect for learning how your detector reacts to different targets.
2. Dig more signals.

How to Find Places Nobody Else Has Detected 🔍

🗺 Study old maps — look for forgotten homes, roads & gathering spots.
📍 Compare them with modern satellite images.
🌲 Go beyond the obvious — check old trails, field edges & wooded areas.
🧱 Look for clues: foundations, bricks, glass or stone walls.
🗣 Ask locals — some of the best spots were never mapped.
