I’ve been teaching TIG aluminum welding for a few years now.

This is from one of the students I worked with:

“I had absolutely no welding experience—had never even turned a machine on.

After 23 years of welding and fabrication , I’m starting something new.

I’m offering small, hands-on TIG aluminum welding sessions.

This is not a big class.
Max 3 people at a time.
You’ll actually weld, not just watch.

I’ve taught most of my employees to TIG weld aluminum.
And also students through a local high school robotics program—taking people with no experience and getting them welding aluminum in just a few hours.

This Premier Tritoon came in the shop with some leaks. In addition to many cracks, the ski locker was also leaking. Water was leaking into the ski locker and also past the ski locker into the pontoon. Ski lockers are a common leak point. Watch the video to witness the cure. Thank you for your time and attention.

This nose cone was badly damaged. Deep dents and multiple cracks. We were able to reskin the outside and return the nose cone to look new. We cut, formed and installed a brand new piece of aluminum. The result was excellent.

This pontoon was badly dented on the bottom. It was also cracked in multiple places. We fabricated and installed a new bottom. This repair is cheaper and stronger than a new pontoon.

This is a boat that required a lot of work. Many of the brackets had cracked around the welds. The starboard pontoon was smashed and flattened on the bottom. The center pontoon was also smashed and flattened on the bottom. We repaired and reinforced all of the brackets. We also reskinned the bottom of the starboard and center pontoon. A "reskin" as we call it, means fabricating and installing a new bottom for the pontoon. This is necessary when the pontoon is smashed and/or cracked on the bottom. We do this very often. It is cheaper than a new pontoon. And it is stronger than a new pontoon. Thanks for watching.

This pontoon has a lot of leaks. Everywhere there is a bubble there is a leak. If your pontoon is taking on a little water, don't wait until it is taking on a ton of water. Cracks spread, problems multiple, leaks don't fix themselves. If your pontoon is taking on any water, give us a call.
