Reverberatory Cokeless Furnace for melting two tons of iron per hour is currently under construction. We are the first commercial foundry in North America to use this low emission approach. Cokeless melting with natural gas reduces emissions of sulfur dioxides, carbon monoxide, and other pollutants associated with the coke cupola. The process was developed to meet environmental regulations of the State of Washington and the Federal EPA.
