Now Hiring: Project Manager / Director📢

We are seeking a proven manager and strong leader to oversee daily operations, budgeting, and long-term planning for a well-established local organization. This position requires someone with a solid background in leadership and financial oversight who can effectively manage multiple departments and ensure operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of management experience and extensive experience handling organizational budgets and resource planning. A background in construction, engineering, or related operational fields would be beneficial but is not required.

Key Responsibilities Include:
· Leading and supervising staff and department managers across multiple functions
· Setting goals, performance standards, and fostering a positive, accountable work culture
· Enforcing policies, developing procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulations
· Overseeing strategic planning and budget management to ensure efficient use of resources
· Presenting updates and reports to leadership and external stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience:
· Minimum of 10 years of management or supervisory experience is required
· Experience managing and overseeing organizational budgets is required
· Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
· Proven ability to streamline operations, improve processes, and manage competing priorities
· Experience in operations, construction, or engineering environments preferred
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
