On Valentines Day we had a truly special milestone — John’s 30-year work anniversary with Ditch Witch Worx in Olathe, KS 🎉
For three decades, John has been the kind of teammate every company hopes for and every crew depends on. As an HDD specialist, technician, and trainer, John does it all — and does it with skill, patience, and pride in his work. Whether he’s solving tough problems in the field, mentoring the next generation, or stepping in wherever he’s needed, his knowledge and dedication show up every single day.
As a family-owned business, we know our strength doesn’t come from machines or buildings — it comes from people. Employees like John are the reason we’ve been able to grow, serve our customers well, and stay true to who we are. His loyalty, work ethic, and commitment remind us what “team” really means.
