🔺 Custom order materials aren't sitting on a shelf.

If you change the color or panel style two weeks before the job, that's not something that's fixed quickly; it's a whole new order.

🔺 Weather isn't an excuse.

A crew that won't get on a wet roof or work on frozen ground isn't trying to stall the project; they're just trying to ensure safe and effective working conditions.

🔺 The lowest quote usually means something got cut somewhere.

Ask questions if you're concerned. Also, remember you get what you pay for. If you want a lower price, it may mean cheaper quality materials, and cheaper quality may not last as long as you hope for.

🔺 Accurate measurements up front save everybody a redo.

A rushed measurement may delay a panel run later, and that delay isn't the contractor's fault.
