Well, The copper thieves are at it again.

Stole both Heat pumps from this commercial property early this morning.
Quotes provided by noon, Install on schedule for Saturday and upcoming Tuesday.
If the big box HVAC companies want to send out three different departments before you get a quote on new equipment, they’re doing the customer a disservice.
One call should do it all👍

Quick scheduling to keep these businesses running👍❄️

When installing a new HVAC system in a small condo, you definitely have to keep in mind how much closet space you’re dealing with.
First picture, difference in size of the same size equipment, new vs old.
After a little doorway trimming, the 17 1/2 inch unit fit through the 17 1/4 opening.
Another installation completed.

Just a little before/after pics of this replacement HVAC system. Increased tonnage and modified duct system to handle the increased airflow.
Turned out great, now this customer will not have a hot upstairs.

A 2 year old Rheem,(Home Depot special), water heater tank leaking.
You would think you might get a little bit more life out of these tanks, but at least the part was covered, …. And you get store credit for what the unit cost when it was new , two years ago.
Same water heater is $180 more now, Smh

In a perfect world,….When management says,
Oh yeah, plenty of room to replace the water heater.
In Reality,…..2nd picture is of actual space while occupied,ha.
And even with the new WH being 4” bigger, Another successful replacement

I’d have to say, this condenser fan motor has “left the building”.
Broken unit top, replaced and up and running 🆒😎
