You do not need a large kitchen or state of the art equipment, after all, we want you to be able to make these meals at home. 75% of the equipment is supplied as well as all of the food required for the meal to be prepared. All that we ask is that you allow 2 feet of space per individual to work. This can be at a kitchen table, dining room table, or at folding tables, indoors or outdoors! Lauren is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and has taught culinary to high school students for the past six years.
