Mallets and shot bags use to be my bread and butter business. These tools obviously don’t have an endless market. So when I receive an order like this one I’m pretty happy. Happy FXR Friday!
I built several motorcycles in the past that were featured in Hot Bike, most of which were under my employers name. Now there’s a chance, someday to get one of my own in the magazine! I also wrote a column for Hot Bike when I first went out on my own. So it would be nice to see another magazine back in print for the American Vtwin world! Best of luck to you Jordan on bringing it back!

My books are currently open for fall/winter/spring 2022-23. Looking for a single long term project or a few smaller ones. Years and years of experience building full custom motorcycles. Design, fabrication and custom metal shaping are my strong points. When I made the sample meat tenderizer last week I ran it through the router table free hand. Running a cylinder along the fence of the router table was sketchy and inconsistent. The end result was functional but messy. So for these customer tenderizers I made a fixture so it’s uniform and repeatable. Just efficiency and common sense. I’m pretty happy with the results, your meat should be happy as well!
