March 26th 2026 marked the end of ACDC metal solutions LLC winter repair. It was an honor to complete the work on the M/V Joseph L. Block and SS Wilfred Sykes. Though there are a few people missing from the photo we are incredibly proud and thankful for our teams hard work, determination and pride working on these ships!

On the 24th of March 2026 the M/V Joseph L. Block set sail after ACDC metal solutions LLC finished its winter lay up work. In this video you can see the Block and the SS Wilfred Sykes signal farewell with their horns. It was an honor for our company to get to perform the work that keeps these ships running on the great lakes!

Super excited over the new custom add ons to the 4 place trailer. Electric power winch for the front jet skis, stronger cross members to strengthen the trailer. Full length 20ft boards for bunks, a swinging tongue for storage, new LED tail lights, and an added 1ft to the length of the trailer. Thank you AC/DC Metal Solutions!!!!!!! You did a superb job! I recommend any metal related projects be done by them :) fyi they also do an amazing job laying concrete and asphalt
