✈️ XPONENTIAL 26 RECAP 🛰️

Last week, we attended the 2026 XPONENTIAL Show in Detroit, MI. Our time was filled with meaningful conversations, catch-ups, and connections with people across various industries within and beyond.

Here are some of our favorite moments!
• Catching up with old industry friends- it was a joy to speak with Steve and Dan from Merrifield Machinery Solutions!

• Meaningful conversations with partners- always great to see those who help make our products come to fruition! (Carbon, AMT PostPro, HP)

• Seeing new technology in action and connecting with industry leaders at the AUVSI Great Lakes after-party, which featured an amazing drone light show!

Last night in Cleveland, we attended the 2026 Manufacturing Works Annual Meeting, which brings manufacturers, innovators, and more together from the Northeast Ohio area and beyond.

We were honored to be presented with the Mission Builder Award, recognizing our devotion to making positive impacts throughout the community through innovation, training, engagement, and more. As we get closer to our 30th anniversary in August, we look forward to the continued growth and exciting projects ahead!

Some of our TTH leadership had a wonderful time attending the Magnet Executive Forum at Kent State University!

The forum featured guest speaker Rajkumari Neogy, CEO of ibelong, discussing The Neuroscience of Engagement. We look forward to utilizing the things learned towards further strengthening our team and enhancing collaboration throughout the company. 🔗💡

Our Director of Sales and Project Management received an extra special valentine this year that knocks the rest of them out of the park!

Mustard from the Cleveland Guardians stopped by our facility today to drop off this awesome swag bag and say hi to our team. This was such a treat to kickoff our Valentine's Day weekend (especially for our office dog, Brizo)!
