🔎 Exploring careers and building futures!

A&B welcomed four groups of 8th-grade students from Marshfield Middle School for a behind-the-scenes tour! Students learned about career paths in process engineering, mechanical engineering, systems design, automation engineering, finance, HR, IT, welding, and more—and how they can get started as youth apprentices.

On the plant floor, they got a closer look at our pipe polisher, CNC bandsaw, plasma cutter, cobot welder, and tank growing line. ⚙️

Thank you, Marshfield Middle School, for visiting and exploring the possibilities with us!

What a ride!

Our A&B Poker Run in support of Stratford Area Food Pantry was a huge success. We raised $675, and with A&B’s match, that brought us to a grand total of $1,350 going directly to the pantry.

We had 15 machines out on a 48-mile ride with 5 stops, drawing cards at each stop to build a 5-card poker hand. Prizes were awarded to the winning hands at the end of the event, all while helping our local community.

Huge thank you to our generous sponsors:
• The Rail Trail
• Cassel Bar & Grill
• Pam’s Sunshine Inn
• Weiks' Pub & Grill
• Country Aire

Thank you to everyone who participated, donated, and sponsored our 50/50 Poker Run in support of the Stratford Area Food Pantry!

Yesterday, we were proud to host students from Stratford Middle School as part of the 2026 Heavy Metal Tour™ during Manufacturing Month—a time each October when the U.S. celebrates industry innovation, economic impact, and careers in the skilled trades.

Students got a behind-the-scenes look at who we are, what we build, and how our work helps power critical industries across the country. From seeing our stainless steel process systems up close to learning how those systems are used to make everyday products, students were able to connect the dots between our work and the items they see when they walk into a grocery store—like the foods, beverages, and other products we help our customers safely produce.

We hope the visit showed that exciting, high-tech manufacturing careers are available right here in Central Wisconsin. Thank you to Central Wisconsin Manufacturing Alliance, School District of Stratford, and our dedicated A&B team members for helping connect classroom learning to real-world careers.

Fall cleanup in full swing! 🍂

Last night, our A&B crew was out on Highway 153 for our Adopt-A-Highway fall pickup—collecting trash, soaking in the cool evening air, and doing our part to keep the community looking great.

Big shoutout to everyone who came out to help and made a visible impact along the roadway! 💚🚮

The biggest improvements don't always start with a major project.

Often, they begin with a simple question: "What's one thing we can do better?"

Over time, those small improvements can have a lasting impact on quality, consistency, efficiency, and customer success.

In this video, Jennifer Johnson, RCI and QMS Manager at our Stratford, Wisconsin facility, shares her perspective on continuous improvement and why the pursuit of better never really stops.
