The UConn MCB-PSM QX200 Droplet Digital PCR (ddPCR) Facility was established in 2016. The Facility was started and is currently overseen by Dr. Joerg Graf. Equipment:
The UConn QX200 Droplet Digital PCR (ddPCR) Facility provides some of the latest and most advanced high-precision, absolute quantification of target nucleic acid sequences. The ddPCR system includes

the QX200 Droplet Generator, QX200 Droplet Reader, PX1 PCR Plate Sealer and C1000 Touch Thermal Cycler. Along with the ddPCR system the facility also has an Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer.
