Leadership recognition matters — especially when it reflects real, sustained impact.

Earlier this week, Bob Landi recognized Gloria Doty in front of Heatcraft senior leadership and Lennox executive leadership for her contributions to Heatcraft and the broader organization.

While Gloria’s current role is executive assistant, anyone who works with her knows her impact goes far beyond one title. She supports leaders, strengthens teams and contributes across marketing, events, HR and day-to-day operations — often behind the scenes and always with consistency and care.

This recognition also comes during a meaningful milestone. Gloria recently marked 13 years with Heatcraft, having started in transportation and customer support before growing into the trusted role she holds today. Her path reflects deep institutional knowledge, adaptability and a commitment to doing whatever the business needs.

Heatcraft succeeds because of people like Gloria — and because leadership takes the time to recognize the work that keeps the organization running.

After 37 years at Heatcraft, Eric Moen is retiring — and this moment deserves real celebration.

Eric began his career in Danville, Ill., and over the years became one of the most trusted sources of knowledge in the company. When questions surfaced, people called Eric. His engineering expertise, sound judgment and genuine willingness to help shaped products, strengthened teams and influenced countless careers.

Today, teammates gathered in Stone Mountain, with colleagues in Tifton and around the world joining remotely, to honor Eric’s service and recognize an exceptional career.

Eric leaves a lasting mark on Heatcraft. We will miss him, appreciate everything he’s given and wish him nothing but the best in what comes next.
