Our services include metal fabrication of all types including structural metal and miscellaneous metal, metal repair, and complete welding service. Our team is highly experienced and knowledgeable to help you get any part you need. Our machining techniques are perfect for a wide range of part sizes and different types of parts, so you are always able to get the part you need. We have two 2,500 wat

t lasers with 5’ x 10’ tables. These lasers are capable of cutting up to ¾” thick steel. Our fourth laser is a 4,000 watt laser with a 5’ x 10’ table which will cut up to ¾” steel as well as stainless and aluminum up to ½” thick. We have a 60 H.P. dual head Calypso waterjet which is capable of cutting steel, stainless, aluminum, brass, copper, plastics, rubber, wood, granite, and marble. It is capable of cutting up to 6” thick. Complex contours are no problem for this machine. The waterjet is capable of cutting material up to 6’ wide and up to 12’ long. We work primarily with AutoCad and Solid Works but we have the capabilities to work with Pro E drawings as well as others. You can supply your DXF’s or we can help design to your needs. We have a Wysong 175 ton press brake with a 12’ beam and a 4’ wide Roller with a 6” minimum diameter. We can roll up to 3/8" thick hot rolled steel. You can count on us to get your design fabricated to your exact specifications using the latest design software and quality machinery.

Exciting new things happening in 2026 at Mississippi Laser! Today we received our newest machine; a 20KW Cutlite XME laser with load/unload automaton system, capable of cutting up to 2” thick steel. The machine will be installed and ready for production in the next few weeks! Shout out to LPW-I Inc, who have assisted in all of our rigging needs for the last 8 years, and a huge thanks to Alliance Electric Services, LLC. for always being available for all of our electrical needs!

Mississippi Laser has added a manual Powder Coating operation to our list of capabilities! Our Wisconsin oven can house up to 8ftx20ft parts, powder coated by one of the best painters in the area, using our Nordson Encore LT powder gun. An addition has been built onto our existing paint building for manual wash, prep, and hang. Please inquire with any powder needs!
