Every winding gets tested. Every time.

Before a rewound stator leaves our shop, it goes through electrical testing — concentric and lap windings alike. The work isn't finished when the coils are in. It's finished when the readings prove the motor will run reliably under load.

This is what reliability looks like at the bench: verifying insulation integrity, confirming circuit balance, and catching anything that could turn into a midnight outage three months from now.

Today the guys in the shop are performing insulation resistance testing on electric motors using our SKF Static Motor Analyzer.

This process applies a controlled high voltage to the windings to verify insulation integrity, helping us detect moisture, contamination, or insulation breakdown before a motor is put into service.
